Sunshine Policy

  • Whistle-blowing confidentiality policy

    It is our most basic duty to keep the informant information strictly confidential, and we require the investigated unit and the person being reported not to retaliate against the informant. Once discovered, they will be dealt with seriously.

  • Real name priority policy

    We encourage you to report with real name; we handle real name reporting in the first place, and provide timely feedback on acceptance and results of handling.

  • Rewards upon verification policy

    Upon verifying reporting affairs, we will provide material rewards to whistleblowers, internal or external, based on the nature, impact, and cooperation of the whistleblowers, and strictly keep them confidential.

ACCEPTANCE SCOPE

We accept complaints and reports of illegal activities such as embezzlement, fraud, and other violations of professional ethics by employees or units of VX Logistics.
